Tuition Fee: $2, 000.00 (This amount can be paid in 2 installments. The 1st installment of $1,000.00 MUST be paid by the 1st day of class and the 2nd installment of $1,000.00 MUST be paid by the beginning of the 3rd week of class).

  6. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  7. Tetanus/Diphtheria Booster
  8. Negative TB Results or Chest X-ray Within 1 Year
  9. Hepatitis B Vaccine/Antibodies
  10. Confirmation of Varicella (Chickenpox) Immunity
  11. COVID-19 Vaccination
